Platform

One control layer for an autonomous taxi fleet

aiTAXI covers the five operational jobs a robotaxi fleet creates, in one web platform your dispatchers already understand.

Fleet dispatch and ride matching

Rides are assigned to driverless vehicles, utilization is balanced across the fleet, and routes adapt to closures. The dispatch logic is built for cars without drivers: no shift planning, no driver acceptance step.

  • Ride matching
  • Routing
  • Utilization

Real-time telemetry

Battery, sensors, door state, incident flags: every vehicle streams its state to one screen, with alerts when a value leaves its safe range.

Remote assistance

When a vehicle meets a situation it cannot resolve, a human operator takes over from the control room, guides it through, and hands control back.

Depot and charging

Charging schedules, cleaning slots and maintenance windows planned around demand, so vehicles top up when the city is quiet.

Safety and compliance

Trip logs, incident reports and the documentation a regulator asks for, generated from fleet data instead of collected by hand.

How it works

From a human fleet to a hybrid one

aiTAXI is built to slot into an existing taxi company, not replace it.

  1. Fleet audit

We map your current operation: zones, demand curves, dispatch flow, and where autonomous vehicles would earn first.

  2. Integration

aiTAXI connects to your existing dispatch and the AV platform you choose. Human-driven and driverless cars run side by side in one system.

  3. Operation

Your team runs the fleet from the aiTAXI console: dispatch, telemetry, remote assistance and depot planning in one place.

Roadmap

Where aiTAXI is today

The platform is pre-launch and this page says so plainly: the research is public, the pilot program is open, deployment follows the first AV partners in Georgia.

Now

Research and pilot recruiting

We publish robotaxi operations research and recruit Georgian taxi companies for the pilot program.

Next

Pilot deployment

First pilot fleet: integration with a partner taxi company, dispatch and telemetry in production.

Later

Scale across the region

Full platform for fleets across Georgia and the Caucasus as autonomous vehicles reach the market.

FAQ

Questions
and straight answers

What taxi companies ask us about robotaxis and the platform.

What is aiTAXI?

aiTAXI is a robotaxi fleet management platform by aiNOW, an AI company in Tbilisi, Georgia. It gives taxi companies the software to run autonomous vehicle fleets: dispatch, telemetry, remote assistance, depot operations and compliance.

What is a robotaxi?

A robotaxi is a self-driving taxi that carries passengers without a human driver, using sensors, maps and AI software. Companies such as Waymo and Baidu Apollo Go already run public robotaxi services in several cities.

Does aiTAXI drive the cars?

No. Each vehicle is driven by its own autonomous driving system. aiTAXI is the fleet layer above it: it decides which car takes which ride, watches vehicle state, escalates to a human operator and plans charging.

Who is aiTAXI for?

For taxi companies and fleet operators, first in Georgia, that want to add autonomous vehicles to their fleet or prepare for them. It is a business tool, not a passenger app.

Can aiTAXI run a fleet with human drivers today?

Yes, the platform is designed for hybrid fleets: human-driven and autonomous cars in one dispatch system, so a company can transition gradually.

Is the product ready?

aiTAXI is in early access. The research and the platform design are public, and we are recruiting pilot taxi companies. Production deployment follows the first AV partners in Georgia.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is set per pilot, based on fleet size and integration scope. Join the early access list and we will walk you through the pilot terms.

When will robotaxis reach Georgia?

No operator has announced a launch date for Georgia yet. Our analysis of the regulation and market signals lives in the blog, and early access members get updates as the picture changes.

Which autonomous vehicle platforms does aiTAXI support?

aiTAXI is vehicle-agnostic by design: integration targets the AV platforms that enter the Georgian market. The pilot defines the first integration together with the partner fleet.

Who builds aiTAXI?

aiTAXI is built by aiNOW, an AI company in Tbilisi founded by Andrew Altair. aiNOW ships AI systems for Georgian businesses: chatbots, automation and content platforms.
